$950,000 Two-Year Commitment to the Atlanta Music Project

The Chestnut Family Foundation is proud to continue its partnership with the Atlanta Music Project (AMP) through a new two‑year commitment totaling $950,000. This commitment supports AMP’s mission to empower young people through rigorous, high‑quality music education. The gift will strengthen several core areas of AMP’s programming, including teaching artist training and compensation, public school partnerships, tuition and instrument scholarships, and college campus visits—ensuring that talented young musicians have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

By funding these initiatives in both 2025 and 2026, the Foundation aims to help AMP deepen its impact and expand its reach across Atlanta’s communities. We look forward to seeing how this support enhances the organization’s ability to nurture creativity, discipline, and confidence in the next generation of artists. Our continued partnership reflects our belief in the transformative power of music and the vital role AMP plays in opening doors for young people.

We remain inspired by the dedication of the Atlanta Music Project team and honored to contribute to their ongoing growth and success. The Foundation celebrates AMP’s commitment to excellence and equity in arts education and is grateful for the opportunity to support such meaningful work
